Overview

Once added a payment methodarrow-up-right, using the Billing module, you can subscribe to HeyFably's different plans. Upgrade or downgrade from a plan whenever required. Change billing cycle and more.

The following sections will help you utilize the billing at your convenience.

Available Plans

Currently, HeyFably offers 3 plans, of which one is free, under Monthly and Yearly cycles. You can pay using EUR or USD.

  • Starter

  • Growth

  • Professional.

Subscribing to a Plan

First, ensure -

  • Billing Cycle: Monthly or Yearly.

  • Currency: EUR or USD.

After selecting the Billing Cycle and Currency, click Subscribe.

Then, add a payment methodarrow-up-right if not already, otherwise click Pay Now.

Click Change if you want to pay using a different method.

To process your payment, we use Stripe as our payment partner, a certified PCI Service Provider Level 1.

HeyFably never stores your credentials.

Yes, you can cancel your HeyFably subscription at any time. Once you cancel, you'll have access to the premium features until the plan ends.

Your payment invoice will be emailed to you via Stripe.

Click subscribe for the plan you want to upgrade/downgrade.

When you upgrade/downgrade your subscription plan, the charge will be prorated based on the used plan's days.

In case of failed payment attempt, the user account would go into an error state, and the admin will be notified.
